I had the opportunity to be coached by Noelle recently. I found the sessions to be precious as I got the chance to work on certain areas of concern through a targeted approach. Nick is the go to guy in tech for social development. His tech knowledge, people skills and genuine compassion to help the community is infectious. In a couple of projects he consulted us, he shared his best practices to get our focus on to our social development projects in Sri Lanka. Noelle is sharp in her thinking and also a leader that knows how to ask the right questions to challenge your thoughts and make ideas better. Extremely intelligent and with an equally high emotional quotient as I observed how she established effective partnerships with different stakeholders in getting things done. Noelle is truly an inspiring leader with high integrity, empathy, and competencies. She has this uncanny ability to connect with people at all levels and is highly collaborative, supportive and a joy to work with. Having Noelle on the team was very rewarding and I'm very sure anyone would feel the same after working with her. Noelle was very intentional and committed to the coaching session scheduled. It was easy talking to Noelle as she gave prompts without being intrusive, and she was gentle in her questions which helped me discover solutions on my own.
